Qualifications

Admission to the program requires completion of the VCE or equivalent qualification. Tertiary qualifications, including certificates IV to degrees, are accepted. Meeting the ATAR Guaranteed Entry Score ensures placement, and for those below, admission is possible with potential adjustments. The ATAR serves as a reference for eligibility; detailed entry requirements can be found on the course handbook page.

Course prerequisites

To enroll in the program, applicants need a minimum study score of 25 in any English (excluding EAL) or 30 in English as an Alternate Language (EAL) for VCE Units 3 and 4. For VCE Units 1 and 2, completion of two units of any Mathematics or equivalent is necessary. Those without the required math prerequisites can still apply and meet the criteria by successfully completing Swinburne's MathsLink Further Mathematics bridging program, ensuring a pathway for all students
